Talixo fees
The advantage of booking a Limousine transfer with Talixo is that the price you see on our website is the price that you will pay, for all our Limousine bookings. There are a few cases where you may be charged extras, such as when you change or cancel bookings, or if you need extra drop offs or waiting time, or if you miss your ride.
However when booking a Quality Taxi, the price displayed is the estimated price. You will pay based on the price shown on the taxi meter at the end of the ride, which will include all costs for the ride.

Booking changes and cancellations
With regards to booking changes and cancellations, there is a difference between Quality Taxis and the three Limousine booking categories.
If you have booked a Quality Taxi, bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge until the scheduled pickup time. After that, cancellation and rescheduling shall no longer be possible and a non-attendance fee subject to the taxi fare regulations shall be charged.
The time limit for cancelling or rescheduling your Limousine booking is 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time for standard bookings, before which cancellations and rescheduling are both free of charge. After this time limit has passed, the full fare for the booking will be charged.
You will not have to pay any extra costs in the event of changes in the travel time due to the late departure or arrival of a plane, coach, bus or train. Talixo actively tracks flight landing times and delays, however please ensure that you call us to warn us about any other delays prior to the pickup time.
Extras – vias and detours
If you wish to pick someone up, stop off to buy something or get cash from an ATM then this is no problem. At the end of the ride the driver will simply enter this information into our system and you will be charged for the extra time or kilometres travelled. The price for these extras is displayed in your booking confirmation email. Any detours or extra drop offs done with a Quality Taxi will simply be taken into account via the taxi meter and be charged as part of the taxi meter price.
Additional waiting time
Included in the Talixo fare is a certain amount of waiting time. If you should take more time to arrive at the pickup location, additional waiting time is charged for every minute. For Quality Taxis the regional taxi tariff determines the rate. For Limousines the rates for additional waiting time may vary, but are mostly between 40 and 60 cents per minute. The specific rate that applies to your booking will be mentioned in your booking confirmation email.
No Show Fee
If you completely miss your ride, you will be charged for a “No Show” fee. For Quality Taxis this fee is based on the base taxi fare in the region where you are plus 15 minutes of waiting time. For Limousine transfers you will be charged the full cost of the ride.
