Talixo has launched our first Loyalty Program partnership with Miles & More – now every member earns miles with every ride placed through the Talixo web platform.

1 mile earned per Euro, US Dollar, British Pound or Swiss Franc

Miles & More members earn 1 mile for each EUR/USD/GBP/CHF spent per booking transaction
Only bookings placed after 26/10/2018 are eligible to earn miles
The passenger's name must match the name on the Miles & More membership profile
Miles will only be credited after the full payment for the ride is received (the service is charged up to 24 hours after it takes place)
Miles will only be credited if a valid Miles & More card number is configured in the Talixo user account at the time of payment
Miles will be credited to the respective Miles & More member within 3 days after the full payment is received

Miles cannot be earned for cancelled bookings, regardless of the cancellation fee
Miles cannot be earned if a user chooses the Payment inside the Vehicle option
Claims of missing mileage can only be made within 3 months of the conclusion of each qualifying ride. To claim missing Miles, please provide the passenger’s full name, Miles & More number and Talixo booking number to our 24/7 customer care team
By providing your Miles & More membership number in the Talixo platform, you agree to the Terms and Conditions stated here
Talixo has the right to amend or end this promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
