Is my price inclusive of all charges?
Yes, the price includes all charges. If you book an eco, business or first class service, the price is fixed and does not change. If you booked a taxi, the final price will be charged based on the taximeter.
How long will the driver wait for me?
On airports, our drivers will wait 45 minutes after your flight lands. Please note, that we always take the actual landing time so if the flight is delayed you will still be picked up at the right time. Outside of airports, the drivers will wait 10 minutes in the economy class and 30 minutes in business and first class.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our system automatically tracks flight delays in real time. If your flight is delayed or lands earlier, our system will notify the driver and you will be picked up at the right time.
What if my plans change and I want to modify or cancel the booking?
Modifications over 24 hours are free of charge. After that, you can modify your booking until the very last minute for a processing fee of 5 EUR. Cancellations over 24 hours are free of charge. Cancellations under 24 hours are charged a full fare.
I'm travelling for business - will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Our system was built with business travel in mind - you will receive a standard invoice in English. If you travel for business often, please message our corporate team at corporate@talixo.com - we will set you up with a business account with special, discounted rates!
