What you'll be doing:

  • You will be pulling the strings behind Talixo’s daily operations, taking over responsibility for fleet disposition and monitoring of our live system
  • You will be communicating with our customers and fleet partners via phone and e-mail in order to find the best solution for Talixo’s passengers
  • You will be working closely with Fleet and Sales departments to ensure our services runs smoothly on a daily basis

Must Haves:
  • you have got outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both German and English

  • you are willing to work in a rotating 24/7 3-shift-system
Nice to Have:
  • you are fluent in any other language than German and English
  • you are experienced in customer care
  • you are passionate for tech and transport
